For my placement this year I spent a minimum of 100 hours with Plymouth Raiders. Whilst there I was involved in the first team practices watching the coaches and partaking in schools coaching, another main focus I had during my time there on placement was to be involved with the academy team at both their practices and games. This experience was extremely valuable for my development in to becoming an effective coach.
