Following the days after Marvel Comics mastermind Stan Lee’s unfortunate passing, tributes have come in from all over the world. A notable one has been made recently, with a full-page magazine advert commissioned by the original cast of The Avengers (or Avengers Assemble, as it was dubbed in the UK). Robert Downey Jr, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, and Mark Ruffalo put together an ad in November 14th’s The Hollywood Reporter and is a touching tribute set to the original Avengers logo.
Other tributes in the magazine feature a hand drawing of Lee from the Walt Disney Company and Marvel, an image courtesy of 20th Century Fox, tributes from DC Comics and a Spider-Man themed tribute from Sony Pictures.
