Bitesize Preview: Premier League – week 22

The premier English football attraction returns this weekend for a full set of fixtures.

Friday 10th January

Sheffield United vs West Ham United – Prediction: 2-1. Blades will edge this close game.

Saturday 11th January

Crystal Palace vs Arsenal – Prediction: 1-0. Palace to nick late after a woeful Arsenal display.

Chelsea vs Burnley – Prediction: 3-0. Chelsea are doing okay as of late. Burnley will struggle to get any result.

Everton vs Brighton – Prediction: 2-0. Seething from a cup exit at the hands of Liverpool reserves, Everton won’t lose.

Leicester vs Southampton – Prediction: 0-4. Genuinely think that this is a possible result. Southampton have been playing well and will look to avenge the humiliating 9-0 loss. More likely result is a 3-0 win for Leicester.

Manchester United vs Norwich – Prediction: 1-1. United have been poor for ages. Nothing will change here and they’ll likely play out a dull draw against a side they should be beating.

Wolves vs Newcastle – Prediction: 1-2. Both teams have good and bad days, this day will be Newcastle’s day.

Tottenham vs Liverpool – Prediction: 0-3. Without Harry Kane, no one will lead the Spurs team to anything in this game. Liverpool can play poorly but will still beat Tottenham.

Sunday 12th January

Bournemouth vs Watford – Prediction: 1-2. Watford won’t be relegated this season and it’s games like this that will be the reason.

Aston Villa vs Manchester City – Prediction: 0-4. A safe bet that City won’t slip-up anymore this season, especially after their mid-week derby performance.
