A warm welcome to all of our new and returning students. A few notes to get the party started.
You will have a unified logon for Marjon systems and the details are as follows.
Your email address is email@example.com but some of you will notice we insert some text into all outgoing emails so that they are clearly identified as coming from a student account at Marjon so you may see email addresses going out as firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com which work fine because we do the necessary routing for you.
Username (or login name) for Learning Space, email, Wi-Fi, PC access, printing etc… is your student number only.
Your password will have been sent to you so keep it safe and NEVER share it.
If you wish to download Microsoft Office you can do that for FREE, yep free! (If you are already a student and have registered for Free Microsoft office please visit our guide).
When you go to the Microsoft login page here https://login.microsoftonline.com/ you will need to put your email address firstname.lastname@example.org to tell Microsoft you are a Marjon student and they will redirect you to our specific Plymouth Marjon University login page for Office 365.
The password will be the same one you use for Learning Space etc… the username field will be pre-filled for you
You may be asked if you want to stay signed in.
Once you have logged in you can use the online applications and/or install the Office 2016 apps from your portal page.
If you want to login to your email online you can do so here https://webmail.marjon.ac.uk and when you get to the page you login with your username (just your student number, not email address that is for initial Office 365 login) and your password.
Login to Learning Space (Moodle) here http://moodle.marjon.ac.uk/ and again when you get to the page you login with your username (just your student number, not email address that is for initial Office 365 login) and your password.
