On the 19 May 2019 I will be attending the Plymouth Ocean City Half Marathon, representing the University of St Mark and St John, as member of the pre- and post- event massage team. We will be based in the Guildhall. It is an opportunity for us to demonstrate the benefits of pre- and post-event massage to all of the participants and promote the skills of all of the sports therapists who work in the University’s Sports Therapy clinic.
