7:30 am – Get to school ready for the day.

8:00 am –Mentor, do register set up for lessons

8:30 am – Year 11 core PE. Quickly change because it’s only a 2-hour lesson, on to the MUGA where I deliver my first session (football) click here to see my plan. Completed my lesson on time and feedback from teachers was good, they said I could be more loud and assertive, and make sure I have the attention of students at all time. I focused on control and dribbling in small areas and being able to get yourself out of those areas so that your team can break quickly. The group I had was top set so had good cognitive skills and understanding of the sport.

10:30 am – break!

11:00 am – Year 12 theory lesson, I helped with coursework for an hour, they were very self-lead lesson, with the students knowing what they needed to do and how to do it.

12:00 am – Lunch

1:00 pm – Year 10 GCSE lesson trampoline, great practical lesson, which I have some experience in, as I did it part of my GCSE moderation, I helped them with their routine and helped them with techniques

2:00 pm – Home time.

3:00 pm – 5:00 pm – as the trampolines were out, we did some extra trampolining

which was just like the lesson.
