Job Title: Social & Bereavement Care Assistant

Role Description: You will be joining our dynamic social care team, responsible for the delivery of St Luke’s vision of a ‘Hospice without Walls’. You will be responsible for a case load of patients and families, and will work alongside other members of the team in the support and supervision of our social care volunteers.

The successful candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 (Health & Social Care), have knowledge of adult & child safeguarding principles and procedures, possess excellent communication skills, ideally with experience of working with people at the end of life.
