| 29/03/2019 | Marjon clinic | 1 | The client came in with pain in the upper region of his back and traps. I massaged his back, focusing on the upper portion. Post massage I used STR on his traps. |

| The massage was effective, it created lots of heat and redness which released tension and tightness. There was an increase in r.o.m in both the lumbar flexion and side flexion of the neck. | Next session I could focus more on the upper traps and possibly tape the upper back to help with support. | ||
| Returning to reflections at a later date | |||
| During this session I should definitely have massaged all areas of the patients back which were causing them pain (instead of waiting until the next session to target the upper trap area). By leaving an area untreated it may cause them more pain for the period of time between sessions. | |||
