The client is a 22 year old male amateur golfer.
The training programme is designed to reduce the risk of the client developing a back injury whilst playing golf, as this is a common injury amongst golfers.
The clients aims were to:
- Improve core stability and endurance
- Improve cardiovascular endurance
- Increase hip range of motion
The focus of this session was core stability and endurance, while performing resistance band exercises to target the latissimus dorsi and obliques (key muscles involved in the golf swing).
