Today I performed a spinal assessment on a patient with low back pain which showed signs of a facet joint problem. Following my spinal assessment  I performed passive accessory intervertebral movements (PAIVM) at L3-L4 which did not reproduce their symptoms, so I progressed onto L4-L5 which reproduced the pain, therefore I performed Maitlands mobilisations at this level at a grade 3 to increase ROM. The treatment was successful (3 sets of 30 oscillations).

Here is the link to my full spinal assessment.
