LearningSpace: Enrolling Tutors

Information for module leaders

Module Leaders are enrolled onto courses automatically and are then required to enrol tutors onto their LS module pages.

Here’s How:

  1. Login to LearningSpace and go to your module page
  2. Click Participants in the hamburger menu on the left
  3. Then click Enrol Users

  1. Enter the name of the tutor you want to add  – their name and email address will show in the drop down list as you enter it
  1. Select their name from the list – it will appear above the select users box
  2. Select Tutor from the ‘assign role’ drop down list
  3. If you need to enrol other tutors, repeat steps 4-6
  4. When you have finished, click the ‘enrol selected users and cohorts’ button
