I am studying Sports Therapy BSc Hons, and this is a website designed to highlight Strength and Conditioning Initiatives.

This is a website made by me, Hannah Cataldo, to explain strength and conditioning elements, including agility and plyometrics training and how they individually affect rugby athletes during performance.

Rugby: Rugby players need to undergo preseason agility and plyometrics training to enhance performance. There are pages specifically for Agility and Plyometrics to explain the uses of these coaching and fitness styles, with explanations and videos to go in-depth into them.

There is also an article describing Unilateral and Bilateral training for high performance rugby players to distinguish between them and see which one is more tailored for rugby coaching to improve performance.

The short videos on this website explain simple agility and plyometrics drills that can be included in coaching sessions to explore and improve these elements of performance.
