25/2/2019	W223 Clinic	1	Sixth hour of open clinic and did a calve massage with some taping.
Reflective Summary			Areas for further Improvement plus action plan
Client came in complaining of general soreness in their calves especially in the gastrocnemius of the right calve. 45 min of effleurage and petrissage using a variety of techniques such as NMT to release trigger points of the client Communication was better as client only asked once to improve on the pressure. The speed of the cutting of kinesiology tape was quicker as only took 2-3 min to cut the k tape. Client explained of how the NMT was too painful as could work on how much pressure to use on the NMT in the massage.			Further improve with the pressure of the NMT as could this by practising on the different pressures of NMT and then apply to the massage.
			Returning to reflections at a later date
			27/2/2019- Did an hour of practice of NMT on different areas of the body to see how much pressure to apply on the client in the massage.
