  • Swimming: As a course we went coast steering, which involved swimming to rocks, climbing and jumping off of them. This needed coordination and good balance to climb over the rocks and balance to help on the slippery parts.
  • Being from a rural background I have a lot of experience in open water swimming water based activities and spent many summers outdoor swimming in different environments.
