After many months of planning, a very successful staff training week was held for maths teachers across the partner countries. Many varied topics, of interest and relevance, were covered and the passion and enthusiasm for maths was clear for everyone to see.

A new network of teachers was successfully established and project aims and objectives were clarified.

Aiming to improve children’s confidence in maths is an ongoing project aim and it was wonderful to be fortunate enough to see, confident, enthusiastic and clearly very capable children helping teachers understand more about bar modelling.
