Rule of 5: Creamy Tuna & Sweetcorn Tagliatelle

    This recipe was created using the products issued through The Kit Bag Project and in conjunction with Devonport Help a Neighbour food bank and community group. This is a pilot project with the intention of running nationwide. I have included a costing (above) of what this meal for 4 people would cost if someone wanted to purchase at a supermarket.

    From your Kit Bag use:

    5 ingredients – no added sugar or sodium

    1) bring the pasta to a gentle boil (do not over cook) – strain with warm water.

    2) pan fry onions in olive oil, add the tuna.

    3) add the jar of creamy tomato sauce to the tuna mix.

    4) stir all the ingredients together over a gentle heat.

    5) plate and serve as pictured.
