This is a great video with a wide variety of plyometric exercises! All of these exercises could be used in all sports and martial arts as part of a strength and conditioning programme. One safety point first, is that make sure you are competent with the weights being used, if you use the barbell squat jumps as an exercise for yourself or an athlete make sure you or the athlete have mastered body weight squats, regular barbell squats and light Barbell Jump Squats as this exercise is an advanced exercise and could cause damage to your knee joints and other major skeletal joints.
