Dosa Deli is a South Indian, vegetarian catering company who trades at approximately 13 festivals. All our food is home-made, we take great pride in our food and good customer service. You will be working as part of a crew of 7 people, you need to be a team player. You need experience of working in a professional kitchen or within a hospitality role. You are ideally an all rounder, can chop and onion, and able to serve customers. All team members are required to wash up, and assist in keeping the stall clean. The hours are approximately 12 hours a day and pay is £7.50 an hour. You should be prepared to lift heavy equipment when packing up the stall and be able to stand on your feet for long hours.
