Role Description: We are looking to recruit a Housing Support Worker for 25 hours per week to work in our supported housing projects; this will be working in a mixture of residential and floating support projects primarily in Newton Abbot.
You will be working with vulnerable young people aged 16 -25 years old, supporting them through the transition to independence. You will provide resettlement support and life skills to residents, and you will be required to act as a key worker to these residents, taking responsibility for the building whilst on shift.
