We’ve been delivering physical activity clinics for people with chronic low back pain since 2008. We support patients in a holistic way in that we offer specific back conditioning exercises but also spend time on movement issues, cardiovascular fitness, nutrition and other lifestyle issues that can have a positive impact on reducing the impact of back pain on everyday living.
