There’s a single 2 hour session each week with content that’s designed to support people that have been identified as suitable to take part.

There are participants of all ages, abilities and fitness levels but we are confident that the combination of qualified staff, experienced student helpers and the enthusiasm of the group creates a positive, friendly environment where each individual can gain confidence and be active in their own way.
