Austrian manager Miron Muslic has emerged has a surprise contender for the Plymouth Argyle job.
Sky Sports news have reported that Argyle are set to hold talks with Muslic in London this week.
Muslic parted ways with Cercle Brugge of the Belgium Pro League at the beginning of December, leaving as arguably their most successful manager of all time, working with a young squad and also qualifying the side to conference league football for the first time in its history.
This news comes after it was reported earlier in the week by the express that ex Norwich City and Huddersfield Town manager David Wagner was not interested in taking the job.
Former Plymouth boss Steven Schumacher who left the club just over a year ago remains the bookies favourite for the role.
