Wicked: For Good puts main characters Elphaba and Glinda against a divided Oz and a divided audience.
The film catches audiences back up with main characters Elphaba, now branded the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda, now Glinda the Good as they navigate the intense political climate of OZ from opposing sides.
Viewers had mixed reactions to the film with some saying ‘I liked Wicked For Good slightly better than Wicked but the songs are nowhere near as good.’ & ‘Some flaws particularly with the pacing, new songs and lighting but some very strong performances make it worth seeing.’
It won’t please everyone, but it keeps Oz compelling.
