F1 fans give their early season predictions for 2026

Lando Norris secured his maiden F1 world championship on Sunday edging out Max Verstappen by only 2 points to become only the 11th British world drivers championship.

Now attention turns to next season, when Formula one new 2026 regulations begin bringing a whole new era for the sport and is set to massively shake up the pecking order.

OliverTalks a Verstappen super fan said he believes the signing of Isack Hadjar could be a real game changer for RedBull constructors hope.

“I think Hadjar could break the RedBull curse, he probably the best second driver they have had since Daniel Riccardo and his partnership with Max could bring them back to constructor glory”

However, Oliver Phillips a Lewis Hamilton fan, was on the fence with who he believed would be constructors champion come Christmas time next year.

“Im honestly not to sure, I think it could definitely be either McLaren or Mercedes given there experience with acing new regulations and how strong the Mercedes engine allegedly is”

The season opener takes place in Australia between the 14th and 16th of March next year.
