This was a leadership position that involved being responsible for 4-10 counsellors. I had to ensure that they were not only treating the campers with respect and ensuring that they were having fun but that they were following company risk assessments and not overworking themselves.

As a camp counsellor I was responsible for up to 20 girls aged 4-16. I would accompany and lead the girls on activities such as hiking, orienteering, ropes courses, campfires, rafting, canoeing and many more outdoor activities.

I worked directly with clients to create a terrifying experience for them. This involved working long hours at night and staying in character throughout.
Boot Room Assistant Nov 2013- Feb 2014

I helped members of the public fit their ski and snowboard boots and set up the skis and snowboards. I have worked as a slope technician, ensuring that the ski slopes were fit for public use. I have also done a weeks work experience during witch I gained experience working on reception. As well as this I have recently worked on the bar serving food and drinks to the public.
