  • About what we do – I offer high levels of knowledge, which is used to resolve injuries and needs efficiently and successfully. I use techniques to do so and reinforced by rehabilitation programmes and regular treatment for return to sport or exercise and also offer injury prevention to stop reoccurrence or stop injuries before it has happened.
  • Why we do it – I am a sports therapist and rehabilitator because I enjoy helping injured athletes return to full performance, post injury. Injury treatment I use a diversity of modality’s which is relevant to the sport or activity par-taking and I direct on prevention of injuries and can examine, assess and treat those that occur, as well as helping with the rehabilitation
