Circles of Control

Draw two circles, one inside the other.

Think about all the things you worry about.

In the outer circle put all the things that you can’t control and in the inner circle put all the things you can control.

Now focus on the inner circle and think of things you can do or put in place to help ease your worries. Somethings will fall into both circles, for these think of what you can put in place to help manage your worries.

Money Be aware of what money you have coming in and going out. Budget.
Health Eat a balanced meal, keep active and take care of your mental wellbeing.
Too much to do Get organised. Keep a to-do list and use a diary. Learn to say ‘no’ to stop yourself getting overwhelmed.
