I’ve been with Marjon since January 2018, and before this I worked at another University, not too far away – always in professional services roles, looking at supporting students to achieve their best. I am also an Executive Board member of the Plymouth Social Enterprise Network, a member of the Certification Panel for the Social Enterprise Mark and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI) and I was a school governor for 8 years. Before working in HE I spent 12 years working for a Devon-based social enterprise in a variety of roles including leadership, project management and team development. I have been a mentor before and I can offer support to help you find your own solutions if you are thinking about issues around leadership, change, managing and working with teams, social enterprise and ethical business. I’d be happy to support and mentor two people this year.
