Job Title: Independent Living Operations Manager

Role Description: The Independent Living Operations Manager will co-ordinate and develop our local Independent Living services to ensure they are provided in a comprehensive and co-ordinated way. We currently deliver a range of services including support at home, hospital admission prevention and discharge and transport services. The Operations Manager will ensure the service teams are well-led and ensure that all appropriate service standards, recognised good practice, legal requirements and budgetary management are incorporated into a quality programme that meets the needs of our service users and values the work of volunteers.
