Hi,

My name is Chloe Moyse, and I am currently in my first year, studying for an undergraduate degree in sports therapy. I am currently at The university of st mark and st john university in Plymouth, which also happens to be my hometown as well. I have had a high love of sport from a young age, starting swimming and Taekwon-Do from the age of 4, in which I completed my second-degree black belt. I also started netball at the age of 12, regularly competing in the regional and Plymouth league with my team, before joining the university netball team, with my position being a defender. Other sports that I enjoy partaking in include rounders and volleyball.

My passion for sports therapy came from wanting to help people to achieve their goals. I have also known I had wanted to pursue a career in sport, so thought by combining the two would give me my perfect job. Through this first year of my studies, I have gained a real foundation of what it is to be a sports therapist, as well as the practical foundations needed to succeed. I have enjoyed gaining these new found skills and techniques, and start to use them in order to treat patients, and help these patients understand what they can do to help rehabilitate themselves.
