England will face the Netherlands in the inaugural UEFA Nations League finals on 6th June 2019 at Estadio D’Afonso Henriques in Guimaraes, Portugal.
The hosts Portugal will face Switzerland in the first semi-final the day before, at FC Porto’s Estadio do Dragao, with the winners facing in the final on 9th June 2019 following a third-place playoff which takes place earlier on the same day.
England reached the last four by topping Group A4 ahead of Spain and World Cup finalists Croatia while Netherlands continued their recent revival by topping Group A1 ahead of reigning World Champions France and Germany.
Portugal comfortably sealed their progression to the finals by remaining unbeaten in Group A3 ahead of Italy and Poland while Switzerland miraculously defeated Belgium 5-2 in the final game of Group A2 to progress due to a better head-to-head record.
The winning nation will receive £6.67m in prize money.
