Communication is mostly made via email; however, many meetings need to be made face to face. Responsibilities included opening the sports centre and activating/deactivating the security alarms, being trusted as a key holder for the facility, setting up equipment for each club and using good time management skills to know when the next club it about to leave/arrive and be prepared for the next. A friendly manner and appearance will always be maintained when speaking with customers as they arrive at the facility.
