If you need to join two MP4 video files together, you can use MP4joiner.
If you need to compress a large video file, you can use Handbrake. In order to obtain a manageable file size, these are the settings we use:
- Once you have added your video to Handbrake, on the Presets menu choose ‘General‘ then ‘Very fast 480p30‘.
- On the Summary tab check the ‘Web Optimized‘ box.
- On the Video tab move the Quality slider to 25RF.
- Then choose your Save As location and filename at the bottom before clicking the green Start Encode button at the top.
