When producing work, it is essential to utilise a variety of tools/websites in order to expand your knowledge and product high quality work. Below, is a list of 10 resources I find useful when producing work:

https://scholar.google.co.uk/ – Google scholar is a resource that gives you access to a wide variety of research and work. This is useful when producing work and looking for references, but also good when doing some further learning.

https://moodle.marjon.ac.uk/ – Learning space is the university online hub, and is very important for your learning. It contains power points from previous lectures that you can look back on and all information regarding your modules.

https://www.mendeley.com/?interaction_required=true – Mendeley is a resource that helps you reference in the correct format. Referencing is an important part of university work, and using Mendeley to reference properly allows you to achieve the best mark possible.

https://www.benjanefitness.com/ – Ben Jane fitness is a site ran by a lecturer at the university. It contains a large amount of information regarding health, fitness and physical exercise. Not only is it a good resource to learn from but it is good to refer back to the website when talking to Ben in university.

https://www.studiosity.com/ – Studiosity is a resource that allows you to send in work to be informally marked and provide you with feedback. This service is great as you can receive feedback regarding your work often quicker than lecturers can check it due to their busy schedule.

https://www.youtube.com/?gl=GB&hl=en-GB – Despite youtube being best known for funny videos, it is also a great revision tool. More and more pages are being created that post videos regarding academic topics, and the wide variety make it a great tool for further learning.

http://www.uksportstherapy.org.uk/ – As well as being a place to advertise jobs and offer memberships, the STO page also frequently updates with relevant research and there is a forum where sports therapist can discuss their jobs. This is good to read as it provides you with an insight to real life application of the job.

https://www.marjon.ac.uk/student-life/library/electronic-resources/discovery/ – Marjon Discovery is a resource that allows marjon students to access a variety of E-Books, rather than having to get the physical copy from the library. This is a great tool and makes it easy to find relevant research or information quickly.

https://cpb-us-e1.wpmucdn.com/sites.marjon.ac.uk/dist/4/1340/files/2018/09/Marjon-APA-Guidance-2ea286y.pdf – The official Marjon guide to APA referencing details all information a student will need to know about referencing in the correct format. This allows us to reference correctly and achieve the best grade possible.

https://sites.marjon.ac.uk/sportrehab/ – Finally is the course page. This page is created by lecturers and contains content that is taught in our lectures that we can refer back to for revision or further learning.
