It was an easy dub for the girls today!
Started bright and early meaning everyone was having a peaceful little nap on the bus up. But got the energy up with a delightful quiz from El. Arrived with plenty of time so the girls got game ready with lots of tape on my ankles and lots of energy gels being consumed by all.
The first quarter was a shaky start with my girls all over the place. But with a little team talk we came together and put a huge shift in. Evie came through and put half of our goals in, myself, Lilly and Freya scoring some of the others. And then after 5 games Chez came in and scored her first goal of the season.
At half time we saw our new goalie Mia, come in for her first bit of game play. Our freshers Katie and Ophelia came on and were always there ready for ball.
