I found this blog useful as the content has previously been very helpful with the inclusion of videos as well as written descriptions of examples of treatment. This website has been helpful when identifying injuries and how different types of treatment will be effective. The website also provides advice for clients on how they can improve muscle strength, increase recovery time and explain the injury/condition in a way that can be easily understood.
