This session in the Marjon clinic was for an online consultation. However, the client did not attend to the appointment. Due to this free 2 hours, CPD was completed for low back pain and how this may affect a client in terms of symptoms, pathology, prevalence, and effects.

The second client was also a remote consultation with a client who had complaints of right shoulder pain and tightness within the trapezius. After objective assessment the client still had full ROM in all shoulder and Cx movements, however there was still some pulling, and pain felt during abd of the shoulder and in Cx flexion and side flexion. The client was offered a face-to-face appointment for a full shoulder assessment and special tests to rule out any shoulder impingement or frozen shoulder. Treatment may be given as STM and METs to help relieve any chronic tightness in the traps.

The final client was a remote consultation with a 61-year-old male with complaints of sciatic pain. Due to the remote consultation, there was no objective assessment completed. During subjective it was found that the client had an active lifestyle and has suffered with sciatic pain for years, however, has no memory of what brings on pain. The client was offered a face-to-face appointment for objective assessment, special tests and exercises aimed to help decrease pain and increase ROM.
