This first client in the Marjon clinic was call with a female police officer who has complaints of sciatic pain which she has previously experienced during pregnancy. After a subjective assessment, the client shown how they had some P after running and experiences P in the upper part of the hamstring. The clinical impression for this injury was Hamstring tendinopathy/lumbar radiculopathy.

The next client was for an online triage however they did not attend. Meaning that CPD was then completed for LBP and for sciatic P. until the next client attended.

The final client was for a client with groin P. They have previously attended for massage which has been helping to relieve P however this has not been improving the P long term along with the current exercises. The client requested the use of ultrasound to help see if this will help to improve P. The machine was set at 3mhz, 50% at 0.5 for 4 mins. The client found that this helped the P however this may have been psychological. The client has been booked for further ultrasound treatment to identify the effect of this type of treatment.
