This first client in the Marjon clinic was face to face appointment with a female who has been suffering with knee pain. After a subjective assessment, the client reported that they had no contraindications. They mostly found pain when running and hope to go back to running soon. Special tests were carried out to rule out any DDx of meniscus damage or ligament damage. The clinical impression for this client was PFPS due to the localised knee pain and the mechanism of injury after an increase in exercise when walking and running for a marathon for charity. Treatment provided was k taping for medial tracking of the patella.

The next client was a face-to-face appointment for a client who had upper back and shoulder pain. Upon assessment, there was some pain in the shoulder movements in AROM and PROM. On palpation, there was significant tightness in the trapezius and in the neck. Treatment for this was STM for the upper traps and neck. The plan for this was to increase ROM and decrease P through mobilisations and exercise prescription.

The final client was an online triage for a client with knee pain. The client was a runner who wanted to increase fitness and enjoyed running. Upon subjective assessment, the client had no contraindications and had been resting the injury. The client was booked in for a face to face appointment where treatment will include potential taping, massage and exercise prescription to help decrease pain.
