This session was in the Marjon clinic. This began with an online appointment for a female client with knee pain. The client had recently been to the osteopaths for treatment and was referred for her knee pain. The client had pain in the middle of the knee after a snow boarding accident. Client had no contraindications during subjective assessment. During objective assessment, they had no pain in Fl, ext ROM movements or during any functional movements such as squatting or lunging, they also had some swelling and knee valgus bilaterally. The clinical impression for this was a meniscus tear and DDx of ACL injury. The client was booked for a face-to-face appointment the following week where special tests and exercise prescription will be provided.

The next appointment was also an online triage with a client who had complaints of low back pain which was predominantly on the right had side and around the hip. The client has previously seen physios however has seen no improvements. During objective assessment, they had no pain in hip fl or abd. The client was then booked for a face to face follow up in 2 weeks’ time due to holiday and will be sent exercises via email.

The following patient for radiating elbow and wrist pain did not attend so further revision into the wrist and elbow was carried out as well as some revision around exercise prescription for the lower extremity.
