Ran a warm-up and cool down for girls rugby training.

For the warm-up, I took the players through the FIFA 11+ warm-up to help prevent hamstring injuries.

I then covered training in case players got injured. And then I ran the players through a cool down as a cool down allows your body to gradually return to the same rhythm it had before you started your workout.
