Today was very helpful watching other Therapists/rehabilitators with their clients, how they spoke to them, how they explained things, how they assessed them over a video call. In researching disc herniations I found an interesting paper on Lumbar Disc Herniations (Amin, Andrade, & Neuman, 2017).
