20/11/20- Marjon Sports Injury Clinic- 3 hrs

First hour:

Fort he first hour of this session I saw a client I have seen quite frequently recently. They have been having an issue with their shoulder, so we continued from the last session running through the shoulder movements, updating the subjective (Sx) and objective (Ox) assessment and continuing with the rehab plan (Home based exercise plan) that has been issued to them in previous weeks ensuring they were using the correct techniques to perform the exercises prescribed. We went through elbow movements and wrist movements to ensure muscles and joints were not affected by this injury to which extension of the wrist is causing them issues. We concluded the session with a massage taking up the final 25 minutes of the session.

Second hour:

For the second hour I went through my findings of the previous session and ensure that treatment is being conducted and progressed correctly.

Third hour:

Presenting research of transient osteoporosis of the hip (TOH) *insert PowerPoint here*

Reflection of the session:

This session went well as the client was performing their exercises with poor technique which would only hinder them further if not corrected so going through the home-based exercise plan during this session was a good idea and in fact had a positive impact on the rehabilitation of this client.
