Studying year 1 Bsc Sports Therapy at the University of St Mark and St John (Plymouth Marjon University).

 

Qualifications:

  • 9 GCSE’s grade A-C including English Maths and Science

 

  • A-Level Results – Psychology (C), Media Studies (B), English Literature (D), Extended Project Qualification (C).

                                             

  • I completed a year of Psychology with Criminology at the University of the West of England and achieved a 2:1.

Work History:

Inn on the Shore Pub and Restaurant – February 2015-August 2017

Waitress and Barmaid – taking orders, serving customers, providing excellent customer service, excellent time management, competent use of tills and handling money, handling complaints, handling pressurised environments, training new staff members, being responsible for a large number of customers, managing and instructing other staff members to ensure smooth running customer service.

Cleaner and Housekeeper – ensuring a high standard of hygiene, moping, hoovering, polishing, washing, ironing and tidying.

 

Network Research – November 2017-July 2018

Telephone Interviewer – conducting customer feedback surveys for Lloyds, Halifax, Bank of Scotland, HSBC, TSB, and Scottish Widows. Liaising with a range of customers and financial advisors and dealing with a multitude of different issues. Speaking to financial advisors, everyday bank users, business account holders, and the banks wealthiest of customers. Delivering sincere customer service to persuade the customers to take part in the survey, along with ensuring them we are a legitimate company, and ensuring they leave the phone call happy.

 

Volunteering:

Dance Teacher – September 2015 – August 2016

Teaching weekly after school lessons to primary school pupils of all ages, organising shows, choregraphing dance routines.

 

Member of the South East Cornwall Surf Club – July 2018 – present

Attending regular meetings, helping to organise event such as the annual Raft Race and Ice Cube Classic surfing competition. Within these events, I safeguard children and ensure they are competently cared for.
